Our story is a gastronomic journey from the street food started from the fishing villages of Thailand with a stopover in the traditional village of Korea to the Japanese island of Osaka.
We’ve travelled and lived through these countries, meeting great local Cooks, learning fantastic recipes and traditional cooking techniques. We’ve perfected the use of incredible herbs and spices used in cooking both traditional and modern dishes to create dishes that evoke the country of origin.
Take a bite, shut your eyes and your palate will transport you around the globe. Our chefs prepare dishes at the Live Cooking Stations including the Wok Station, The Grill and The Sushi Station for a true master class in authentic Japanese and Pan Asian cuisine.
